Developing Your Leadership Cadet Workman University of Colorado Colorado Springs Army ROTC Leaders come in many different forms, whether it is the CEO of a corporation or a single mother trying to raise her three children. It does not take a big fancy office or a job title for you to be a leader, and leaders can start cultivating their leadership potential immediately, in whatever area of influence they have. There are multiple theories as to what makes a leader, as well as numerous ways to hone your leading potential and get a head start on developing those leadership capabilities. Leadership is a concept that scholars have been attempting to define for ages, and although hundreds of different definitions of leadership have arose, there are a number of concepts that have been adapted as accurately reflecting what it is to be a leader. According to Peter G.
